Shark because kitsune probably has the highest attack power in the game and shark will patch up the defense and basically make you a tank Kitsune is less than optimal for clearing raids but it's not a necessarily bad choice. It's definitely okay if you're alongside other people with better fruits but it's pointless at the end of the day.
I did buy dragon but like almost a month ago and kitsune a few weeks ago tbh i'd buy dragon over it because i like dragons and the level of power there giving zoan types right now it'll be off the charts …
