Maybe somebody from optum will see this. My former employers' hsas are managed by optum financial. My current employer's hsa is managed by optum bank.
Until mid november 2020 i was able to download transactions from the cash account portion of my optum account but since then it has not worked. My optum health bank hsa continues to display a zero balance even though it is fully funded. I have deleted the account and readded it several times. The quicken connect link to optum bank suddenly stopped working as of june 1 or so.
